Monday: 5:30-6:00 PM

Thursday: 11;30-12:00 PM


donation based:  30 mins
Class will start & end on time to respect others' schedule. The class will consist of:

1.  Brief introduction on the meditation/basics
2.  15-20 minute guided meditation

 

Guided Meditations include: Gratitude Meditation, Sitting Meditation, Loving Kindness Meditation, Breathe Awareness, etc.
