Guided Meditations

January-March Schedule

donation based: 25- 30 mins
Class will start & end on time to respect others' schedule. The class will consist of:

1.  Brief introduction on the meditation/basics
2.  15-20 minute guided meditation

 Monday: 6:00-6:30 PM

Thursday: 12:00-12:30 PM

       Friday: 9:30-10:00 AM


Guided Meditations include: Gratitude Meditation, Sitting Meditation, Loving Kindness Meditation, Breathe Awareness, etc.
